In the spirit of sharing and spreading joy, Chotot, together with the volunteer club Lá Mầm Xanh, embarked on a heartwarming journey called "Xuân Cho Em" to bring happiness and support to the community of Buon Kpung, Hoa Hiep, Cu Kuin, DakLak. With a range of meaningful activities and contributions, Chotot joined hands to make Tet 2024 a memorable and fulfilling experience for the local children and underprivileged families.
It was a day filled with Joy and Kindness!
On January 20th, the members of Lá Mầm Xanh Club and FRUITies from Chotot joined hands to organize a series of enjoyable activities for the children in Buon Kpung. The day was marked by the distribution of Tet gifts to 430 young children between the ages of 4 and 12. These presents brought smiles to their faces and filled their hearts with joy.
In this special occasion, Chotot was happily to bring Tet lucky money to 25 of the most disadvantaged households in the village, offering them a glimmer of hope and support during this festive season. This act of kindness aimed to alleviate their financial burdens and make their Tet celebrations a little brighter.
Recognizing the importance of education, we proudly awarded scholarships to 41 impoverished students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance at Nguyen Ba Ngoc Elementary School. These scholarships not only encourage the students to pursue their studies with dedication but also instill confidence in them, knowing that their efforts are recognized and rewarded.
We together opened a Zero-cost Clothing Market at the Hoa Hiep Communal Cultural House. This initiative aimed to provide necessary clothing items to those in need, ensuring that everyone in the community can stay warm and comfortable during the Tet season.
Moreover, many connection stations was organized, offering children here the opportunity to learn drawing, musical instruments, and engage in physical exercise games. These activities not only encouraged creativity and talent development but also fostered a sense of community and togetherness among them.
The volunteer trip "Xuân Cho Em" served as a memorable experience for both the residents of Buon Kpung and the members of Lá Mầm Xanh and Chotot. It reinforced the belief that through collective efforts and acts of kindness, we can bring warmth and happiness to those in need. This trip also paved the way for future meaningful endeavors and inspired everyone involved to continue making a positive difference in the lives of others.
