Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with all Hiring Managers to develop and execute the headcount plan.
- Design and implement effective recruitment processes for diverse positions, both Tech and Non-Tech.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach.
- Build and maintain a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
- Plan and manage recruitment budgets to ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
- Track and report recruitment performance and pipelines to the Head of Department, partners, and Direct Manager.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition team by providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
- Oversee the management of the HR system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Maintain and update the organizational chart to reflect current company structure and roles.
- Take other assignments as directed by the Direct Manager.
Employer Branding:
- Participate in all regular external activities (events, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to promote the employer brand of the company.
- Enhance and extend the company brand on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain relationships with business partners (universities, communities, etc.) for recruitment purposes.
- Engage in all company-led employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting (Tech and Non Tech), with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in coaching and guiding team members.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results.
