Talent Acquisition Intern (6-month internship)

Responsibilities

• Update and monitor approved job posts across online channels.
• Actively search and approach candidates to build talent pipeline under guidance of the team.
• Liaise with candidates and hiring department for the assessment rounds
• Update recruitment status/ candidate database with a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Working location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.
• Working time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• 3rd year or 4th year university students.
• Knowledge and determination to grow in recruitment field.
• Experience in recruitment sourcing is a great advantage.
• Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.
• No hesitation in taking extra effort with can-do attitude.
