Job Description

  • Involve in annual strategy and operations planning sessions to develop overall Chotot's strategic goals and must win battles.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for Group meetings.
  • Involve in annual strategy and operations planning sessions to develop overall Chotot's strategic goals and must win battles.
  • Consolidate and analyze business performance, develop executive dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business performance reviews, product performance reviews.
  • Facilitate leadership and cross-functional meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, action tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analyses, and drive accountability for improvement initiatives.
  • In charge of strategic cross-functional projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster transparent communication and alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of company priorities.

Qualifications

  • University Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging frameworks such as Root Cause Analysis, First Principles Thinking, and 5 Whys, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both writing and speaking (IELTS overall score of 7.0 or above)
  • Possess good business understanding of digital products
  • Good data processing skills and be familiar with SQL, Big Query, Data Studio, etc. Ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Good data visualization and presentation skill
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and decision-making.
  • Ability to naturally incorporate AI into workflows, redesign processes around AI capabilities, and identify opportunities to leverage AI for business impact
