Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a strategic partner to Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers using data to uncover opportunities, shape product direction, and measure the real-world impact of our decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Analytics & Insights
- Analyze user behavior across the entire journey to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Define and maintain core product metrics, success KPIs, monitoring dashboards, and alerting systems.
- Perform deep-dive investigations to root-cause issues and uncover actionable insights.
- Conduct cohort analyses, retention studies, stickiness modeling, and liquidity monitoring to understand user health and product dynamics.
- Build and evaluate segmentation models (behavioral, lifecycle, value-based) to support personalized user experience and targeted strategies.
- Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the recommendation, growth, and monetization teams to provide analytical insights that improve feature performance.
2. Experimentation & Causal Measurement
- Partner with Product Managers to shape hypotheses, size opportunities, and guide decision-making with analytical evidence.
- Own the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle: design, KPI definition, sample sizing, experiment setup, and post-experiment analysis.
- Build frameworks for long-term impact measurement, guardrail metrics, and cross-feature interaction effects.
- Apply causal inference techniques (e.g., Difference-in-Differences, Matching, Synthetic Control, Uplift Modeling) to evaluate product impact.
- Leverage automation/AI tools to accelerate analysis workflow and reduce manual efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or business analytics within a consumer tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Strong product sense, user experience, and business impact.
- High ownership mindset, curious, proactive, and detail-oriented; comfortable going beyond surface-level insights.
- Ability to build compelling visualizations and analytical narratives.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery) and Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
