Senior Brand MKT Specialist

We are looking for a committed and strong Brand Marketer to join us on an ambitious journey ahead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the marketing action plans and excellently driving collaborative execution to drive business success.


1. Take ownership of the B2B branding performance to enhance the awareness and reputation of verticals Viec Lam Tot, Nha Tot, Cho Tot Xe, and Cho Tot Goods, from planning to execution.

  • Develop and implement B2B brand strategies to effectively position the company’s products and services in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify B2B customer needs, preferences, and trends and use this information to develop brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure that all B2B brand initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Create and manage B2B marketing campaigns for verticals, including events sponsorship & organization, signing ceremonies, seminar/ webinar, … then spread on owned/ paid/ earned media to reach out to B2B consumers and ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and achieved the expected outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze B2B brand metrics and campaign performance, use these insights to refine brand strategies, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

2. Take on full responsibility for PR projects and media relations to maintain and enhance the perception of the Chotot parent brand and verticals:

  • Create PR plans and strategies to improve public opinion, promote the brand, and improve the quality of the company’s voice via different online and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships with key reporters. Serve as a first contact person for all media queries.
  • Execute press releases, media announcements, speeches, and presentations for media briefings, media gatherings, and other meetings.
  • Uphold the company’s public image and provide effective crisis management solutions in times of need to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, and PR initiatives and communicate insights to management at the Company level and the Group level.
  • Working closely with the Group to fully understand PR strategy, and guidelines to develop the regional PR strategy overall when needed.

3. Take ownership of the Corporate branding performance (CSR initiatives, thought leadership, industry awards, …) to enhance the awareness and reputation of the parent brand Cho Tot:

  • Create and manage brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand image and messaging.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key B2B stakeholders, including consumers (seller & partner sides), industry influencers/ KOLs, and media outlets.
  • Craft and manage a corporate information database, ensuring a well-organized collection of valuable content (white papers, case studies, webinars, presentation decks, or blog posts), leadership profiles, and high-quality visuals


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, especially in brand strategy development.
  • Candidates possessing experience in B2B Branding/ PR/ Corporate Branding have an advantage.
  • Critical and creative thinker with a growth mindset, and agile spirit to achieve quick wins.
  • Ability to adapt and learn fast in a fast-paced work environment and team structure under time pressure
  • Exceptional project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work. Be responsive and visible.
  • Critical, reasoning, logical thinking, and user-focused mindset are a must.
  • Great written & verbal communication skills. Confident in public speaking.
  • Strong command of English and Vietnamese languages.
