Senior Brand Partnership Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Partnerships Specialist to lead strategic collaborations that enhance Chợ Tốt’s brand positioning across its business verticals (Nhà Tốt, Việc Làm Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe).
In this role, you will develop and manage high-impact partnerships with key B2B stakeholders - including industry associations, sectoral agencies, media outlets, and corporate partners - to strengthen brand awareness and credibility. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that partnerships drive both branding and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Brand Partnerships & Industry Engagement
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders - including government agencies, industry associations, media partners, and corporate organizations - in sectors such as HR/ job recruitment, real estate, and automotive.
- Develop win-win partnership models that align with both Chợ Tốt’s business objectives and partner interests.
- Negotiate and execute co-branding, cross-branding, and sponsorship initiatives to enhance the brand’s market presence.
- Represent Chợ Tốt and 04 verticals at industry conferences, networking events, and panel discussions, positioning the brand as a leader in digital marketplaces.
2. B2B Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Design and implement brand partnership campaigns that enhance brand presence in key industries.
- Work closely with the commercial teams of verticals to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives.
- Leverage data and market insights to craft compelling partnership strategies that address industry needs and market trends.
- Ensure that all partnership initiatives contribute to brand trust, market positioning, and business impact.
- Define key success metrics (brand awareness lift, media exposure, partner engagement, etc.) to measure the impact of strategic collaborations.
3. Media & Corporate Communications
- Build and strengthen relationships with media partners to maximize earned media exposure and thought leadership opportunities.
- Oversee press releases, media statements, and event communications, ensuring consistency and impact in Chợ Tốt’s brand messaging.
- Handle media inquiries and reputation management, providing strategic responses when necessary.
- Develop engaging storytelling and content angles that enhance Chợ Tốt’s brand equity in the B2B ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in digital platforms, e-commerce, or media industries.
- Strong relationship management skills, with an established network of government agencies, industry organizations, and media partners.
- Proven track record in developing and executing brand partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful branding initiatives.
- Strong project management skills—detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Passionate about brand building, industry collaboration, and leveraging partnerships for growth.
- Experience in classifieds, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of media engagement, corporate branding, and PR strategies.
- Prior experience managing public-private partnerships or industry coalition projects is preferred.
