QA Manual

We are seeking Manual QAs who will primarily focus on designing test cases and conducting manual testing to support our continuous integration and deployment process.

Job Description

• Supervise the quality of the Chotot web app, mobile apps, and other products.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to comprehend business use cases, aiding in creating comprehensive test cases and strategies to ensure the quality of each release.
• Take responsibility from A to Z for testing on Dev/UAT/Prod environments, conducting smoke tests/sanity tests to release a feature/project using both functional and non-functional testing.
• Work in collaboration with Agile developer and system engineer teams.
• Take responsibility for the stability and robustness of live software on production systems.
• Adhere to and implement the test process and quality standards of Chotot.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as Manual QA/QC.
• Proficiency in designing Test scenario, Test cases and applying the most effective test approaches, flexibly adapting to each type of feature/project and adjusting according to the situation.
• Attentiveness to the details of project specifications and requirements, with the capability to perceive complex design requirements as a collection of simple use cases.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Expertise in Ad-hoc Testing, API Testing & Regression Testing.
• Fluent in working with Scrumban/ Scrum/ Agile models.
• Skilled in communication and problem-solving.
• Experience in reporting, tracking and monitoring defects/bugs on Jira.

Additional attributes (preferred not required):

• Toward full-stack QA refers to individuals who can handle both automation testing and manual testing.
• Experience in reading and analyzing product logs.
• Experience in building test processes.
• Familiarity with Java and Rest Assured
