We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Platform Product Manager to ensure high quality good deals and safe transactions on the marketplace. This role is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, etc. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping and validating new solutions that ensure high quality good deals and safe transactions on the marketplace
• Responsible for interfacing with other teams in the company to break down business requirements to smaller deliverables; and assist engineering team in full implementation of these features to make sure they are delivered as plan
• Involve in agile product management to ensure smooth execution of the strategic plan
• Think and act quickly and systematically: we have weekly deliverables
• Be a part of the team to form up the vision and communicate the plan to and inspire engineering team

Qualifications

Must have

• At least 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/ Scrum practices and methodologies
• Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Team player and able to work cross-team, cross-border and cross-function
• A nice and attentive personality

Great to have

• Good verbal and written communication with internal customers and internal technical team members
• Experience in software development and other practices: DevOps, SecOps, Quality Management, and Testing.
• Familiar with cloud tech stack, especially Google Cloud Platform or AWS

Nice to have

• Familiar with coding languages like Golang, NodeJS
• Creative thinker with a vision
