Product Manager

Why this role matters

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Product Manager to partner with our design and development teams to ensure Chợ Tốt provides a beautiful, consistent, and complete user experience across all devices. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including discovering and prioritizing user problems, defining the product roadmap, clarifying product features, and working closely with engineering, business, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user satisfaction goals. The Product Manager's role also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from discovery, analysis, and conceptualization to prototyping and validation — delivering solutions that fit the Vietnam market and grow the Chợ Tốt product.
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct user research and synthesize findings to identify, validate, and prioritize user problems and opportunities.
  • Define clear product requirements (PRDs) and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
  • Work closely with the product analyst to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics; design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses before full-scale rollout.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to break down business objectives into executable deliverables, and partner with engineering to ensure features are implemented and delivered as planned.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekly deliverables, maintaining a bias for action and systematic thinking.
  • Scope: Buyer-facing marketplace; core features serving all 4 verticals: Chợ Tốt, Xe Tốt, Việc Làm Tốt, and Nhà Tốt.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and propose solutions with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for web and mobile design and technology, with a focus on designing and building simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to understand and represent both business and user needs, distilling insights into strong roadmaps that meet short- and long-term goals.
  • A fast learner who is highly flexible and adaptable.
  • A "get-it-done" entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and independent-minded.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with software engineers and other multidisciplinary teams.

Benefits:

  • Get 15 days of annual leave and 5 days of sick leave per year.
  • Health insurance for employee.
  • Get a 13th-month salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Participate in regular team-building activities and company parties.
  • Full of learning and training opportunities to grow your professional and personal skills.
  • Our modern offices serve perfectly for a relaxed, yet productive work environment.
  • You will grow with the FRUIT values of Fast Growth, Responsibility, User-first, Integrity, and Team.
