Growth Specialist
Cho Tot Marketing team is a full-stack team that can deliver strategic planning, creative ideas and proficiency in execution. We work closely with other business teams to achieve business goals through innovative growth initiatives and communication campaigns.
When you will be a part of the Marketing team, you will have a chance to work with our experienced marketers who have a strong expertise across functions of Growth and Marketing as branding, digital, growth, and commercial. Join all steps of a Growth campaign from finding the actionable insight, building a big idea, developing the communication plan, and optimizing each channel. Even more, we are together to create effective growth loops to deliver value to daily million Vietnamese users.
We are looking for a user-focused Growth Specialist to join us in order to maximize the user’s success for buyers while also strengthening our user growth engine.
Job description
- Planning & executing the growth initiatives focus on Engagement & Retention. Utilizing the engagement platform to optimize user journeys. Manage and develop automation campaigns to deliver user’s success at large scale.
- Taking ownership of go-to-market plans for key features. Actively experiments and conducts A/B testing to improve feature performance.
- Responsible for ad-hoc analysis and relative dashboard in order to monitor metrics that matter (MTMs). Running user research & survey. Conducting user's behavior analysis. Extract valuable insights to inform plans & strategies.
- Collaborate with the product, data team to enhance internal solutions that can enable growth engines. Work closely with Marketing sub-teams (e.g. SEO, Digital, Brand, Creative) to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
Experience:
- Minimum +2 years of experience working in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing.
- Planning, Data story-telling, great written and verbal communication skills.
- Data analytic skill, familiar with LookerStudio, PowerBI. Having experience in SQL is a plus.
- Experience in CRM or Engagement platforms (example Braze, Insider, CleverTap,...).
- Experience in the e-commerce, fin-tech field is a plus.
