Social Performance Intern

We are looking for a Social Performance Intern – the "Traffic Conductor" of our team. You aren’t here to just post content; you are here to amplify it. You will be the bridge between our creative content and the user, using digital advertising tools and internal app channels to drive traffic. This role requires a data-driven mindset and sharp analytical thinking to measure how effectively we are engaging with our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Content Promotion

  • Paid Social Execution: Set up and manage promotion campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok to maximize the reach and engagement of our brand content (videos, posts, and vertical-specific campaigns).
  • Livestream Boosting: Execute real-time digital ads to drive high-quality traffic into livestream sessions. Your goal is to hit the target concurrent viewership and successfully navigate users to the Chợ Tốt app for deeper engagement.
  • Vertical Support: Coordinate digital promotion strategies for all 4 verticals: Xe (Vehicles), Nhà (Property), Việc Làm (Jobs), and Đồ đã qua sử dụng (Goods).

Internal Communications Coordination

  • In-app Operations: Operate internal tools to schedule Push Notifications, In-app Messages, and Display Banners. You ensure our internal audience is always aware of the hottest brand activities and Marketing campaigns.
  • Omni-channel Sync: Ensure that the content being promoted on social media is perfectly synchronized with our in-app messaging for a seamless user experience.
  • Segment Targeting: Apply data logic to select the right user groups for each message, ensuring the right content reaches the right eyes at the right time.

Channel Exploration & Logistics

  • Growth Research: Proactively explore and test new digital ways/platforms to reach users for brand activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Operational Setup: Support the setup of campaign "entry points" within the app (banners, icons) and ensure all tracking links (UTM/Deep-links) are working perfectly.
  • Cross-team Alignment: Work closely with the Content and Production teams to ensure digital promotion is perfectly aligned with the overall campaign timeline.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Full-Funnel Monitoring: Track top-funnel metrics (Reach, Viewership, Engagement Rates) and mid-funnel metrics (App traffic, CTR) that directly impact the brand’s health.
  • The "Rationale" Report: Compile data into clear, logical reports. You must explain the "Why" behind the numbers: Why did a specific ad or push note succeed or fail?
  • Optimization Loop: Provide data-based suggestions to the Content teams to improve the performance of future assets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic Background: Currently a student in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven Social Impact: If you have a proven record of managing social media pages, running small-scale ads, or growing a community (even for a university club), we want to see it! Show us your portfolio or specific case studies.
  • Analytical Thinking: You are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You don't just see a "1.5% Click-through Rate" - you immediately ask why it’s 1.5% and how we can push it to 2.0%.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You make decisions based on evidence, not feelings. You use data to justify your "Rationale" when explaining why a campaign succeeded or failed.
  • Technical Savviness: You are a fast learner when it comes to tools. Whether it’s Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or an internal CRM system, you can navigate dashboards and technical backends with ease.
  • Result-Oriented: You have a strong focus on hitting targets (Reach, Views, Engagement). You don't just "set and forget"; you monitor, adjust, and optimize until the goal is met.
  • Attention to Detail: You understand that one extra zero in a budget or a wrong deep-link can ruin a campaign. You double-check everything before hitting "Send" or "Publish."
  • The "Channel Hunter" Curiosity: You are the first to notice a new TikTok ad format, a change in the Instagram algorithm, or a new way to reach users on Zalo.
  • Communication Skills: You are the "bridge," so you can explain complex digital metrics in simple terms to the Creative team and coordinate effectively with the Production team.
