🎬 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Format Content Production

  • Create & Execute: Produce high-retention short videos (TikTok/Reels), text-based content (Threads), and engaging visuals/albums (Facebook).
  • Native Integration: Blend Chợ Tốt’s brand into lifestyle, news, and memes so it feels like a friendly recommendation, not a boring ad.
  • Campaign & Always-On: Deliver daily "always-on" content and play a key role in making our major marketing campaigns go viral.
  • Full-Stack Ownership: Own the end-to-end process - from brainstorming and filming to post-production (editing/basic design) to keep up with the speed of social trends.
  • AI-Enhanced Creativity: Use AI tools to handle the grind, but always add our unique and personal touch. We want high-quality, distinct content, not mass-produced AI copies.

Channel Operations & Community Engagement

  • Channel Management: Operate Chợ Tốt’s Official channels and our Verticals (Motors, Property, Blue-collar Jobs, etc.) across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads.
  • Humanize the Brand: Reply to comments, inbox, interact with users using natural, Gen Z-friendly language. No corporate robot talk allowed.
  • Community Building: Execute seeding and UGC (User Generated Content) strategies to make Chợ Tốt a witty, active member of the community.

On-Camera & Full-Stack Production

  • The Face of Chợ Tốt: Act as the primary VJ/Main Character for our short-form video content. You’ll be the person bringing our scripts to life through storytelling, reacting to trends, and showing off your unique personality.
  • VJ Versatility: Be ready to "transform" into different roles - from a savvy buyer to a helpful expert to make our video content feel like a real conversation, not a pitch.
  • Livestream Host: Occasionally take the mic as the lead host for our livestream sessions. Drive energy, interact with the live chat, and keep the audience engaged in real-time.

Performance & Growth

  • Vibe-Check Data: Track performance metrics to understand what’s "slaying" and what’s "flopping," then pivot your strategy accordingly.
  • Channel Health: You don’t just post; you own the growth and daily operations to ensure our channels stay active, healthy, and trending.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

  • You’ve got a portfolio that slays. Whether it’s TikTok, Facebook, or Threads, you have the "receipts" to show you can create original content that people actually want to share or send to the group chat.
  • You have a sharp eye for pacing, framing, and narrative flow. You understand the art of the "3-second hook" and know exactly how to keep the audience from scrolling past.
  • Interest and ability in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.) to speed up your workflow and boost production volume.
  • You are comfortable being the "Main Character" - whether it’s acting in a video content or hosting a 1-hour livestream.
  • You don't just follow trends; you’re the one explaining them to your friends. You understand the "lore" of social media and why certain videos live rent-free in everyone's mind.
  • You’re a wizard with mobile editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or TikTok’s native editor. If you can flex some desktop skills (Pr/Ae/Ps), that’s a massive bonus, but your ability to "cook" on mobile is what matters most.
  • You thrive in the chaos of the internet. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where "staying relevant" means moving fast and hitting deadlines while a trend is still hot.
  • You don’t just "do tasks" - you own the outcome. You take initiative, follow through on your wildest ideas, and actually care if the content "flops" or "slays." You’re here to make an impact, not just fill a seat.
