Job Description:

As a Senior Organizational Development Specialist, you will lead some functions of the Human Resources (at Cho Tot, we call it Organization Development – OD) department to create the right structure, processes and culture every day in a way that attracts, enables and retains talents. Together with the team, you will be responsible for defining the HR strategies and executing against them to build a capable workforce that will support the continued growth and success of Cho Tot.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in retention strategies, ensuring the right people are in right roles with right rewards and recognition
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholder to understand their needs and objectives, contributing to OD decision
  • Provides support and guidance to OD team members, consult management, and other staffs when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Take the responsibilities to ensure the accuracy and compliance in C&B Function and OD Database
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Well-versed in HR analysis, metrics, systems and databases
  • Strong people mindset and results oriented

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
