Senior Brand Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced specialist in Brand Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing long-term strategic partnerships with key B2B partners, including industry associations, sectoral agencies, media outlets, and organizational stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and strengthen brand associations for Chợ Tốt and its vertical brands (Nhà Tốt, Việc Làm Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe).

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, business analysis, and the management board, to ensure our B2B branding strategies align with broader business goals. Additionally, you will engage with external stakeholders to drive the success of our ambitious B2B branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of B2B branding performance (70%) to increase awareness and brand association, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B brand strategies that effectively position the company’s products and services in the market.
  • Identify potential brand partners and collaboration opportunities with key B2B stakeholders including industry associations, sectoral agencies, media outlets, and organizational stakeholders. Attend industry events and conferences to network and discover new partnership prospects.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual success, while enhancing brand awareness and reinforcing the image of Chợ Tốt and its verticals within their respective industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand B2B customer needs, preferences, and trends, leveraging these insights to inform brand development strategies.
  • Lead B2B branding projects, including co-branding and cross-branding initiatives with key stakeholders such as partners, industry influencers, associations, and media outlets.
  • Develop marketing materials and presentations for partnership initiatives, such as signing ceremonies, seminars/webinars, and event sponsorships. Promote these initiatives across owned, paid, and earned media channels, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achieving objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze B2B branding performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Report key metrics to the Brand Lead, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to refine and enhance B2B brand development strategies.

2. Take responsibility for PR (30%) to improve brand presence and visibility for the parent brand Chợ Tốt and its verticals in the press:

  • Establish and maintain PR networks to strengthen relationships, initiate relevant PR activities, and serve as the primary contact for all media inquiries. Handle critical media comments, provide timely responses, and develop effective crisis management solutions to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Manage and deliver press releases, media announcements, speeches, and presentations for media briefings, events, and other engagements.
  • Lead PR plans and strategies to promote the brand and strengthen the company’s voice across both online and offline channels.
  • Uphold the company’s public image and corporate branding through initiatives such as thought leadership, industry awards, and CSR efforts, enhancing the awareness and reputation of the parent brand, Chợ Tốt.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, sharing insights with management at both the Company and Group levels to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and partnerships, with a proven track record in managing relationships and media engagements successfully.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex ideas and connecting diverse concepts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, complemented by exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outgoing and curious, with a critical and logical mindset focused on user needs, alongside a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work.
  • Proactive and responsive in stakeholder management, ensuring visibility and accountability in all tasks.
