We are looking for a team-player, nice and dedicated personality who will, with the team, tackle our platform product and system software to solve many tough problems in our workgroup.

Scope of Work

  • Take the role of Scrum teams as the Product Owner (PO)
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Prepare and refine the backlog in a proper way. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories or work packages
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Keep an eye on our competitors and the industry’s new trends
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends


Must have

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner for at least 3 years
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Fluent with Scrum practices and methodologies
  • Experience with software development and other practices: DevOps, SecOps, Quality Management, and Testing.
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Team player and able to work cross-team, cross-border and cross-function
  • A nice and attentive personality

Great to have

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Good content writing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication with internal customers and internal technical team members
  • Familiar with cloud tech stack, especially Google Cloud Platform or AWS

Nice to have

  • Familiar with coding languages like Golang, NodeJS
  • Creative thinker with a vision. Think out-of-the-box

Academic degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering
