Product Designer
I. Responsibilities
- Champion the User-Centered Design process: Conduct user research, analyze data (market trends, competitive analysis, user experience research), and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Craft the user experience: Build low and high-fidelity wireframes (UX), design user interfaces (UI), and create interactive prototypes.
- Ensure a seamless user journey: Identify pain points, map user flows, and break down complex problems into clear design solutions.
- Foster collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to ensure seamless product development and deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to the design system: Collaborate with other designers to maintain and enhance our design system.
- Advocate for your designs: Clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to stakeholders.
II. Qualifications and Competencies
- A strong foundation in User-Centered Design principles and practices.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar design role).
- A keen eye for visual design with expertise in user interface design.
- Data-driven design skills to uncover user needs and inform design decisions.
- Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey your design ideas.
- Proficiency in Figma (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- A portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
- An ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
