Business Development Team Lead (Job)

As a Business Development Team Lead - Viec Lam Tot, you will lead some functions of the BD department to create the right structure, processes every day in a way that attracts, enables and retains users to support the continued growth and success of Viec Lam Tot.

Responsibilities

1. Team Recruitment and Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and train Business Development (BD) team members.
  • Set clear revenue targets for the BD team based on overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

2. Strategic Business Alignment

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies for the BD team that align with the company's goals.
  • Provide input on market trends and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.

3. Sales Efficiency and Process Optimization

  • Streamline and continuously optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement tools and systems to enhance sales performance and reporting.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to strengthen customer relationships and address issues in a timely manner.

5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Product/Business Analyst teams to communicate customer feedback and support product optimization.
  • Assist in market analysis and competitor evaluations to stay ahead of industry trends and improve offerings.

6. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all client agreements and sales contracts comply with legal and company policies.
  • Address and resolve contract-related issues, maintaining alignment with internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of working experience in B2B sales, with experience in the job board sector being an advantage.
  • Well-versed in data analysis, metrics tracking, systems, and database management.
  • Strong people mindset and results oriented
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Closely monitor and suggest initiatives to enhance the efficiency of sales operational systems, including the sales dashboard, CRM, call center, and sales operation protocols, ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity.
  • Track the overall performance of the sales team, promptly alert supervisors to any issues that arise, propose viable recommendations and prepare detailed performance reports.

  • Gather product feedback from the sales team and monitor competitor activities, providing valuable insights to product development teams and supervisors to drive product improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Incharge the setup and delivery of add-on services to customers, including logos, banners, and promotion payout, ensuring timely and accurate service provision.
  • Handle sales-related paperwork for the sales team and monitor customer payments to ensure compliance with legal and finance team requirements.
  • Take charge of ad hoc projects and analysis assigned by supervisors.
