Job Summary:

  • Starting from late 2018, Việc Làm Tốt aims to provide a trustworthy, informative, and responsive recruitment platform specialized for the mass recruitment market. With a high level of user understanding, we use technology to connect job seekers and employers, assisting them in finding a suitable job and fulfilling vacancies.
  • We are seeking for a passionate and dedicated Business Analyst to join the team to enhance the recruiter success on the platform by providing excellent recruitment experience and ensuring liquidity. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics, user research, and market trends to drive strategic actions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze user experience and measure user’s success along each touchpoint of job seeking/ hiring journey
  • Understand and analyze market, competition landscape and user behaviors which involve user interviews, research and data deep-dive analysis to identify expectation gaps in specific segments and regions as well as opportunities to uplift liquidity (job seeker - recruiter matching).
  • Work closely with Product and functional teams to optimize the recruiters experience and build solutions for the roadmap of deep verticalised user experience. 
  • Run go-to-market campaigns with Growth team to raise users’ awareness and engagement with deep verticalised and recruiter success related features
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key indicators related to deep verticalised and recruiter experience 
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations to achieve the defined goals and targets. Ensure clear and continuous communication across all involved departments.
  • For the delegated projects, develop a detailed plan, track progress and propose an optimisation plan to ensure project delivery in both timeline and results.
  • Other ad-hoc duties & as assigned and paperwork.

Qualifications

  • User-centric mindset — essential. You can explain why a user would care before you explain what the campaign/product does. You look for the reason behind a behaviour rather than only the number describing it.
  • University Graduate with 1-2 years of experience 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skill with an open-minded approach. 
  • Possess good business understanding of digital products 
  • User-focused mindset and a “can do" attitude. 
  • Good data processing skills and be familiar with SQL, Big Query, Data Studio, etc. Ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Effective AI & Automation mindset to optimise the speed and accuracy of work outputs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure
  • Good data visualization and presentation skill 
  • Teamwork skill in order to collaborate across-teams.
