Nhà Tốt aspires to be Vietnam’s leading digital property marketplace, empowering millions of people to buy, sell, and rent homes with confidence and efficiency. We’re looking for a data-driven, user-focused Business Analyst to join our Monetisation team enabling property agents to scale their businesses while driving sustainable revenue growth for Nhà Tốt.

Scope of Work:

● Participate in building the Property vertical’s annual monetisation strategy and design roadmap together to achieve ambitious targets via effective packages and seller tools.

● Acquire and engage paying sellers via optimizing sellers success.Perform deep segmentation analysis to understand seller behavior and proactively develop optimization plans to maximize their ROI and spending.

● Research market trends and competitor landscapes to propose and experiment various monetization schemes.

● Be a User-focused and Data-Informed business partner with the Monetisation Product team. Dive into large-scale datasets (BigQuery, SQL) and frequently engage with users to identify pain points and turn these insights into actionable solutions.

● In charge of Go To Market planning and execution for selective monetisation and agents features.

● Monitor sellers' success and business impact closely by preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. You’ll provide the "why" behind the numbers to help leadership make informed decisions.

● Ad-hoc projects delegated by Manager/Head of Department.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business performance, commercial analysis, or revenue operations. Experience in PropTech or Marketplaces/E-commerce is a significant plus.

● Analytical Power: High competency in Excel and SQL (BigQuery). You don't just pull data; you translate complex numbers into clear, scalable business recommendations.

● Strategic Mindset: A hybrid "user-first" and "data-informed" approach. You can spot a trend in a spreadsheet but also understand the human motivation behind a real estate agent's behavior.

● Communication & Drive: A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to build relationships across teams. You are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Performance Marketing is an advantage.

Language: Professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
