Partnership & PR Specialist

The Partnership & PR Specialist is a core member of the Marketing team. This role focuses on two main areas: (1) Actively hunt and develop partnerships to secure incentives (vouchers, gifts, sponsorship, …) for user growth and for B2B branding activities, and (2) Manage media relations to amplify the brand’s presence through marketing campaigns and B2B events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth-Driven Partnership & Incentive Management (70%)

  • Partnership Sourcing & Hunting: Actively search for, contact, and negotiate with external brands (e.g., F&B, Logistics, Telco, Fintech, Household Goods) to secure:
    • For Demand Side: Vouchers, discounts, or physical gifts to drive user acquisition and activation.
    • For B2B Branding: Sponsorships, joint-event opportunities, and collaborations for B2B activities (signing ceremonies, seminars, industry events).
  • Relationship & Deal Management: Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with partners. Act as the main point of contact to ensure all agreements are executed correctly, providing clear benefits to Chợ Tốt users, brand partners, and the company.
  • Incentive Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate within the Marketing team to align partnership deals with the campaign calendar. Focus on sourcing "high-demand" rewards that users are eager to redeem, analyzing redemption behavior to ensure every partnership drives measurable Marketing KPIs.

2. PR Execution & Stakeholder Relations (30%)

  • Campaign & B2B Event PR: Directly execute PR plans to maximize media coverage for both Marketing campaigns and B2B initiatives (industry seminars, signing ceremonies, sponsorships, etc.). Ensure brand stories reach the target audience through effective press channels.
  • Media & Authority Networking: Build and nurture "warm" relationships with journalists, editors, and representatives from industry associations. Serve as a professional and tactful point of contact for all media inquiries.
  • Always-on Content Distribution: Regularly seed news, press releases, and brand images to media outlets. Ensure Chợ Tốt and its verticals (Nhà Tốt, Việc Làm Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe) maintain a consistent, positive, and active presence in the news.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Partnership, External Relations, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Networking & Communication: Strong ability to connect with people, build rapport quickly, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • High EQ & Persuasion: Ability to influence and open doors through storytelling and professional charm. You know how to get a "Yes" for a deal while building a long-term strategic alliance.
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactively find new opportunities, but approach them with a sophisticated, relationship-based perspective rather than a short-term transactional mindset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and professional in handling conversations with a variety of stakeholders, including brand managers, journalists, sales directors, and industry representatives.
  • Proactive & Result-Oriented: A self-starter who proactively finds new opportunities and focuses on results (redemption rates, brand visibility, and user excitement).
